This MOU stipulates that the three parties will seek multi-faceted cooperative agreements for the purpose of launching Tego's products in the People's Republic of China. The range of cooperation is expected to include clinical development, regulatory affairs, marketing, sales and local production.

Ruijin Hospital, established in the 1920s by French missionaries, has been the leading medical institutuion in the greater Shanghai region. It is particularly famous for its burn clinic which treats as many as 48,000 burn patients annually. Ruijin's burn unit is likely to carry out the majority of Tego's clinical trials in China. Tenrui will manage regulatory affairs, marketing and sales.

With this groundbreaking arrangement, Tego Science has taken a first step to offer a superior choice for wound healing to a large number of Chinese patients.
